.: Insulation Installers (Apprentice)

This is a full time , permanent position. This is an great opportunity to grow a career company.   Excellent $$$

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Makes necessary preparations for installation process: Loading and unloading material and tools on trucks. General warehouse duties.
• Mechanical inclination is essential.
• Effectively communicates information pertaining to job assignment.
• Troubleshoots common problems that may occur.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all times.
• Knowledge of construction business and insulation, but not necessary.
• 1 yr prior related experience helpful but not necessary.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to read, speak and write the English language.
• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to meet the expectation of loading approximately 150 bags per hour of insulation material weighing 35 lbs each, until job assignment is completed (up to four hours.)
• No fear of heights or confined spaces.

.: Insulation Installers (Journeyman)

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Makes necessary preparations for installation process: Loading and unloading material and tools on trucks. General warehouse duties.
• Mechanical inclination is essential.
• Effectively communicates information pertaining to job assignment.
• Troubleshoots common problems that may occur.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Must have 5 years field experience in residential/commercial insulation.
• Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills, supervising subordinates,  while striving to work safely at all times.
• Knowledge of construction business and insulation is essential.
• Very good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to read, speak and write the English language.
• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to meet the expectation of loading approximately 150 bags per hour of insulation material weighing 35 lbs each, until job assignment is completed (up to four hours.)

.: Admin - QuickBooks Pro

This is a full time , permanent position. This is an great opportunity to grow a career.   Excellent $$$

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering phones, filling out forms, purchasing office supplies, taking in/ sorting the daily mail and maintaining office equipment.
• Heavy Quick books duties will include entering info from various source documents, print reports, reconcile bank accounts, process payables, record sales with journal entries, billing, computing sales taxes and recording payroll for 12 employees.
• Candidates must be self starters and take initiative. 
  

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• 2+ years of experience working with QuickBooks Pro.
• Prefer experience working for a construction company, but not necessary.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (A/P and A/R) 
• Must have an ability to work in a fast paced technology environment
• MS Office 2003 or better a must
